6, LLC for Lot 2 of CSM 4045 (Tax Id #31-9-5712-00) located at the
southwest corner of E. Vantage Drive and S. Eisenhower Drive in
Southpoint Commerce Park Plat No. 3 at a purchase price of $611,890
($43,000/acre)
Attachments:
The Community Development Committee may go into closed session
pursuant to State Statute ยง19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of discussing real
estate negotiations regarding the potential sale of Lot 2 of CSM 4045 (Tax
Id #31-9-5712-00) located at the southwest corner of E. Vantage Drive and
S. Eisenhower Drive in Southpoint Commerce Park Plat No. 3 and then
reconvene into open session
