Elect Board of Health Chair  
Werth moved, seconded by Fuchs, to nominate Cathy Spears for the position  
of Chair. The nomination was accepted. There were no other nominations. The  
Board of Health votes to elect Cathy Spears as the Chair of the Board of  
Health. Roll Call. Motion carried by the following vote:

Elect Board of Health Vice Chair  
Alderperson Meltzer moved, seconded by Werth, to nominate Lee Vogel for the  
position of Vice Chair. The nomination was accepted. There were no other  
nominations. The Board of Health votes to elect Lee Vogel as the Vice Chair of  
the Board of Health. Roll Call. Motion carried by the following vote:

The Board of Health meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of the

Designate Board of Health Contact Person  
The Board of Health designates Health Officer, Charles Sepers, as the Contact  
Person.  
Request to approve revisions to the Municipal Code, Chapter 9,  
relating to Health Department licensing of Retail Food Establishments;  
Hotels, Motels, and Tourist Rooming Houses; Bed and Breakfast  
Establishments; Safety, Maintenance, and Operation of Public Pools  
and Water Attractions; Recreational and Educational Camps;  
Campgrounds; and Tattoo and Body Piercing.
