Hearing of Appeal of Dangerous Animal Declaration, Alpha  
Attachments:  
Alderperson Jones moved, seconded by Alderperson Wolff, that the Board of  
Health uphold Humane Officer Fillebrown’s determination that the  
respondent’s dog, Alpha, is a Dangerous Animal under City of Appleton  
Municipal Code 3 131, subject only to the requirements outlined in the  
attached determination document. Roll Call. Motion carried by the following  
vote:

into closed session according to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(a) for the purpose of  
deliberating an appeal of a dangerous animal declaration and then reconvene  
into open session be approved. Roll Call. Motion carried by the following vote:

Hearing of Appeal of Dangerous Animal Declaration, Chief and Cello

Mayor Woodford moved, seconded by Kane, to amend the stipulation to be  
conditioned upon inspection and approval of fencing and enclosure by the  
Appleton Humane Officer.

Animal Stipulation". Roll Call. Motion carried by the following vote:
