72 Garden Ct (31-4-1223-02) Applicant proposes to construct an accessory
building that is 6 (six) feet from the front property line along Hidden Acres
Court. Section 23-43(g)(1)(e) of the Zoning Ordinance prohibits accessory
buildings in the front yard
Attachments:
Victoria Drehmel (Code Compliance Inspector) informed the Board that the Municipal
Code Section listed in the file and associated documents had an error. The correct
Zoning Ordinance Section is 23-43(g)(1)(d). The Board acknowledged the correction
before considering the item
Engstrom moved, seconded by Sperl that the Report Action Item be
recommended for approval. Roll Call. Motion carried by the following vote:
