The lock system and its inspiration for the outdoor stairway design and 2. The year (1882) when the Vulcan Street Hydroelectric Central Station began operation and its inspiration for the 82 foot tall spire. Also, storyboard displays are to include history and pictures of the original bird bath pool and recent pool removed and history of Erb Park.
