The author of the Resolution should then attend and read the Resolution at the Committee meeting to which it is referred. Resolutions referred to an elected official shall be referred to the appropriate Committee of jurisdiction within 60 days of receipt. If a dual jurisdictional item arises, a joint committee of standing committees, commissions or boards may be established by the Mayor to address the subject in a timely manner.
