Title: 3132 N. Doris Lane (31-1-4980-00) The applicant is proposing to build an accessory building in the front yard. Section 23-43(f)(2)(e) of the Zoning Ordinance prohibits accessory buildings in the front yard. The applicant is also proposing to expand the parking lot and not provide landscape buffering in the proposed parking lot.
