3132 N. Doris Lane (31-1-4980-00) The applicant is proposing to build an accessory building in the front yard. Section 23-43(f)(2)(e) of the Zoning Ordinance prohibits accessory buildings in the front yard.
The applicant is also proposing to expand the parking lot and not provide landscape buffering in the proposed parking lot. Section 23-172(g) of the Zoning Ordinance requires an eight (8) foot landscape buffer.
