The Utilities Committee will go into closed session according to State Statute §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investment of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session regarding discussion of negotiations for water meter purchases and replacements and reconvene into open session.
