The Appleton Redevelopment Authority may go into closed session pursuant to Wis Stat §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating real estate agreements and the investment of public funds related to a property located in the Central Business District of the City of Appleton and then reconvene into open session
