Request to continue to use an existing stair that is thirty (30) inches wide as a required means of egress from the second story. Section 321-04(2)(a) of the Uniform Dwelling Code as adopted by Section 4-136 of the Municipal Code, requires stairs to be thirty-six (36) inches in width.
